RA (Return Authorization)

  • You must email before beginning the return process. Please include your order number in the email. 

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused with original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Your email must be sent within  after you received it (mail) or after purchased (in store)

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your item(s) back without your RA# we won’t be responsible for any item sent without authorization

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • There are certain situations where refunds are granted: 

    • any damaged or an error occurred by us.

we will contact you as soon your order is ready by email with your tracking information.

International shipping: We are not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur. 

We do not refund for lost packages, but we will do our best to try and track it down for you.
