  • Repairs
    At Leysha Collection we ensure the best quality items and craftsmanship. If an item fails during wear within 7 days of purchase, we offer repairs at no additional cost. Please email normagarcia@leyshacollection.com with your order number.
  • Jewelry Care
    Our Jewelry is sterling silver/sterling silver gold plated. For this reason, we do not recommend exposing it to moisture such as soap, shampoo, lotion, sweat, perfume, etc. All these recommendations will help keep it shiny for as long as possible. Always remember that the PH of each person’s skin also affects the piece.
  • Shipping Policy
    All orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. All orders will receive shipping & tracking information once the item has left the store.
  • Can I update my shipping address?
    Our team works very hard to ship your item as soon as possible. If your item has not been processed and given a tracking number, please email us at normagarcia@leyshacollection.com to see if we can change your address. We are unable to guarantee any changes but will do our best to help you.
  • How do I update or cancel my order?
    We try and process orders as fast as we can, to get them to you as fast as we can. Because of that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order after it is placed. Please contact us at normagarcia@leyshacollection.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note: Personalized Pieces are not eligible for cancellations or returns at any time.
